We advise arriving right at the park's opening. This way, you can grab the best-located sun loungers.
It is advisable to bring your own towels, sunscreen, and arrive early.

Important to know before visiting Atlantis Aquaventure

Open-dated tickets, non-refundable.
Ticket prices are based on height, not age. Child tickets are valid for children under 120 cm (height is checked at the waterpark entrance when presenting a child ticket).
Prompt payment confirmation.
After payment, e-tickets will be sent to your specified email.
Purchased tickets do not need to be printed – just show the e-ticket on your phone.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Appropriate swimwear must be worn inside the park.
Children in regular diapers are not allowed in pools and attractions. Swim diapers can be brought with you or purchased at the park's souvenir shops.
There are age restrictions for some rides.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
Locker rentals (50 AED) and towel rentals (45 AED) are available for an additional cost directly at the park. You are allowed to bring your own towels.
In the event of urgent maintenance work, the park reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to certain rides without prior notice.
Visitors under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
Transfer is not included in the price.
You can get there by taxi or via the Palm Jumeirah Monorail. For those who rented a car, free parking is available here. From there, a free shuttle bus runs to the waterpark.
