Cancellation policy

• Excursions cancellation up to 48 hours before tour date - 100% refund
• Excursions cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before tour date - 50% refund
• Excursions cancellation less than 24 hours before tour date - no refund
• Attention: All theme park, observation decks, shows, etc. tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• All date and time calculations are based on Dubai time UTC+4
