Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to tour date - 100% refund
• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior to tour date - 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to tour date - no refund
• Attention : All theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• All date and time calculations are based on Dubai time UTC+4
