Dubai Marina Walk

The Dubai Marina Walk (DMW) is an 8 km long landscaped pedestrian walkway running parallel to the water in Dubai Marina. The best way to see Dubai Marina is by literally walking the Walk. DMW is the destination for people from all walks of life and offers a variety of shopping, dining and leisure choices. You can spend your day shopping in the Dubai Marina Mall and taking coffee or lunch breaks in one of the hundreds of restaurants and cafes that line the cobblestoned Walk or relax in one of the fine spa/wellness establishments in the area. You can also watch various artistic performances, participate in events held by DM community or shop at the Marina Market. DMW hosts the imposing Dubai Marina Yacht Club building. The Yacht Club administers the four marinas located at different points along the canal. At dusk DMW comes alive with lights and a bustling night life. Dhow boats and luxurious yachts ferry people up and down the canal on dinner cruises, patrons of the numerous restaurants and cafes dine and smoke their shishas under the stars and pedestrians watch the reflections of the neighbouring skyscrapers and the illuminated palm trees on the dark waters of the canal. Striking sights by day, extraordinary views by night, the DMW is the place to be.

Update

As of January 2017, Dubai Marina Yacht Club administration offices have moved to The Address Dubai Marina hotel.
The Yacht Club building has been demolished and as per developer Emaar it will be replaced by Vida Residences, a luxury residential complex.
